To ensure we fulfill this mission, we are taking these steps to serve you in response to the Coronavirus/COVID-19 pandemic:

In Sales:

• We're happy to provide a virtual vehicle walk-around of any vehicle via FaceTime at your convenience.
• Our virtual showroom is open 24/7. Customers have the option to structure and complete the entire buying process directly on our website. Please use our digital retailing tool, chat/text feature, email, credit app feature, finance and warranty tab, which are all found directly on our website.
• If you have questions regarding a lease turn-in, please call Volvo Car Financial Services at 866-499-6793. 

In Service:

• We're offering touch free check-ins for service appointments. Please call 866-786-4425 when you arrive at our drive through and we'll take it from there.
• Regarding loaner cars, we are using specialty products to clean all touch-points in vehicles, with special attention to high touch surfaces such as steering wheels, handles, gear shifters, and switches.
• For assistance with service scheduling, we encourage customers to use our online booking tool which is https://www.volvoofhasbrouckheights.com/schedule-service.htm.  
• Our techs have always and will continue to use gloves while working on your car.
